- Cooling emulsion for metal cutting process, hydraulic oil, special industrial oils and liquids;
- Complement details of stamp and moulds production;
- EDM graphite, special graphite;
- Renovation of vacuum heaters;
- Design, production and installation of nonstandart equipment.
Metal processing
- We perform steel processing with CNC wire electroerosion cutting (EDM machine). Company owns a modern EDM machine, which allows for fast and precise cutting making even most difficult tasks possible to perform quickly and with quality.
- Cooperation with professional constructors allows company EDM Baltic UAB to offer services from the inception of an idea until desired part or equipment is complete.
- We also cooperate with companies that perform thermal processing to offer such services to our clients on demand.
- Our company can manufacture electrodes from EDM graphite following the drawings supplied by client.
Electronics and automatics
- Design and manufacture of non-standard microprocessor and analogue electronic devices and automation equipment.
- Embedded systems design and programming.
- Design and development of a prototype device for serial production.
- We perform soldering work on the surface mount assembly (PCB) of surface mount (SMD) and lead-in elements on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- We accept both unit orders and serial production orders.
- Maintenance and service of manufactured devices and equipment.
