Pneumatic Torque Wrenches
Pneumatic torque wrench is a tool that increases torque strenght, doesn’t need to be fixed in place and is powered by pneumatic air motor. Such tools are used where there is a need for very precise torque moment, large tightening force, in hard to reach places or where there is a need to substitute manual work with a more productive tool. These tools are of static type of operation and create a large rotational force. Air preparation unit can be used to achieve highly precise tightening results by manipulating air flow and pressure into the tool.
Basic linear product characteristics:
- This type of torque wrench requires a high air flow and an approx. 6.0 bar pressure air line;
- Powerful and silent – at maximum power – less than 80 DBA;
- Air preparation unit (FRL) can be used to set and control torque moment by adjusting air pressure.
- Accuracy – 5%, repeatability – 1%;
- Compact design, small size, high torque and weight ratio;
- There is a reverse.
